Doing What I Love

CreativeJenV started over 11 years ago when my oldest daughter was in jr high and was getting invited to birthday parties every weekend. I was playing around with making purses and so we started giving them to her friends as gifts. Problem was that other girls wanted them so she got invited to more parties! Decided I could start selling them and found Etsy. Eleven years later I am now a single woman using my business as my sole income.

I've always been doing some kind of craft. From a small child beading with my grandma to now where I making purses allows me to provide for me and my teenage daughter after my 21 year marriage ended in divorce. I'm very lucky to be doing what I love.
